2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Within India:
- Metropolitan and Non-Metropolitan Areas: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
International:
Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated delivery times are 7-14 business days.
4. Shipping Methods
We partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post for domestic shipping, and DHL, FedEx, and UPS for international shipping. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status on our website or through the courier’s tracking portal.
7. Shipping Delays
Occasionally, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or natural disasters. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
8. Damages and Issues
Jitanshi Jewels is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
9. International Shipping
International shipping rates are based on the destination and the weight of the package. Customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply.

Return Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
